Instructions
1. There are three lines on the meter head, red is 3.3-5V positive power supply, black is ground line, yellow is signal pulse input line, which are respectively connected with the device to be tested.
2. Rotation measurement and frequency measurement mode switching
There are two buttons "M mode" and "S selection" on the back. When the power is on, press the M button once to enter the mode selection interface, and then press the S button continuously to select 0 frequency plus filter test, and select 1 speed plus filter test. Select 2 frequency unfiltered test, select 3 rotational speed unfiltered test, wait for 4 seconds without operation, automatically save and return to the newly set mode to wait for measurement state.
Crossover value setting
In the power-on state, short press the S key once to enter the frequency division setting interface. At this time, the S key is the displacement function of the 5-digit 8-character on the display screen, and the M key is to increase the value. key to change the value, the frequency division value must be within 1-99999 or 0.0001-9.9999, other values ​​are invalid (short press the S key to move to the rightmost decimal point, and then short press the M key to turn on or off the leftmost decimal point , to realize the decimal point setting) after setting the frequency division value, wait for 7 seconds without any operation and automatically save and return to the newly set frequency division value and wait for the measurement state.
Explanation of the concept of frequency division value: the number of pulse signals taken by one turn of the turntable or gear during speed measurement. If the brushless driver of our shop cooperates with the speed measurement, if the motor has 2 pole pairs, then the frequency division value can be set to (2*3=6)6.
